Does the Free plan really cost $0?
Yes. The Free plan costs $0 a month. It includes the people directory with households, visitor cards and the Connection Inbox, events with online registration and volunteer shifts, email and in-app messages you send yourself, giving records and year-end statements, children's check-in, small groups, room booking, pastoral care, sermons, and staff roles.
What does Ministry Pro add?
Ministry Pro is $49 a month. It adds texting (Pro covers 500 texts; extra texts are $7.50 per 500 texts), the Broadcast Hub that sends one announcement by email, text and social media, event and devotional automations, social posting and streaming, presentations and service planning, and your own domain for the church website while you are on Pro.
Is a church website included on the Free plan?
Not at $0. On the Free plan a church website is $12 a year (or $6 per 6 months) plus the domain at its own price, shown before you pay, and you choose by hand what goes on the live pages. Ministry Pro covers your own domain while you are on Pro and can publish events, sermons, groups and news to the site for you.
Can we bring our current member list?
Yes. Import a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), with a ready option for files exported from Planning Center People or Breeze, or add people one at a time. Importing is part of the Free plan.
How do I communicate better with my congregation?
Write the event or note once. ChurchConnect can put it on the church website, in email, and in a bulletin. Churches on the Free plan send by hand. Pro can send across channels without retyping.
How do I run a church without five logins?
ChurchConnect is church software for the secretary desk: people, events, volunteers, giving records, and a church website. It does not replace your bank or your pastor's calling.
